All information collected on this portal is for organizer use only. It is used solely to coordinate volunteer assignments and event logistics for BC Rally events.

Your data is retained for your convenience so that you do not need to re-enter it for future events. When you delete a profile, all associated information — including your contact details, emergency contacts, vehicle information, and event history — is permanently deleted.

This portal's security is implemented in accordance with industry standards, including encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls that limit data visibility to authorized organizers only.

If you have concerns about the safety of your information, you may request deletion of your profile at any time, including after an event has concluded.
